I worked with the luxury property Conrad London St James as Executive Lounge Supervisor in the VIP lounge of a hotel, an exclusive, private area provided by the property, with access granted to elite guests only. It was my job to provide excellent customer service, working to meet the needs of these special guests. Part of the role was dealing with complains related to the check in process, inconveniences related to the rooms but also preparing special amenities and surprises for special occasions. Alongside with my team, we delivered unforgettable experiences to our customers and focus on creating lasting relationships and repeat clients.

OFFICE is a leading-edge fashion footwear specialist, providing style conscious customers with innovative shoes to suit every occasion. As shop assistant, I was the first point of contact for customers in the store, therefore responsible for the high level of customer service the store offered.
