I like to describe myself as calculated andbalanced. It is this quality that has found me acting as the mediator between colleagues on numerous occasions. I am enthusiastic about new experiences, both personally and professionally, finding them the main form of self-enrichment and a great value in personal development. Professionally, I used this pool of experiences as well as a firm resolve to make my way into programming, which has since proven to be the best decision for me. I have worked in this software development role in both big multinational organisations and smaller start-ups. I always try to be realistic in everything I do, while maintaining an optimistic attitude, and it is this approach that sustains my motivation in developing further in all areas of life.
