Currently managing two Teams of 8 Technical Operators , 1 Assistant Team Leader and 3 engineers with the remit to ensure we produce approximately 120000 liters of juice per line per shift ( 5 Lines).KPIs Include: The management of Health, Safety and Environment; Product Quality and Safety; Performance, Morale and the general operations of the shift. Key responsibilities include:Seeking out new and innovative ways to deal with production issuesManagement of production schedule in line with plan and communication of all changes.Prepare attend and contribution to Production, planning, Health and Safety, Engineering and disciplinary meetings.Managing team through a recognized appraisal system to develop and drive performance by the provision of quality feedback.Identification of waste streams and implementation of preventative actions eradicate or mitigate the recurrence of the root cause.Carrying out gap analysis and establishing training plan to improve performance and flexibility.Ensuring compliance to all site Health and Safety RegulationsManagement of engineering support teams and proactively contributing to the Site Engineering Agenda.
