The setup of seminar activities focused on the understanding by the master students of evaluation’sbasic outlooks and concepts: criteria, types of evaluation, program-based topics and goals, program theory (long and short-term effects, definition of the inner processes and elements influencing program’s implementation), operationalization of evaluation questions andindicators, introduction to research methods. The selection of recommended bibliography for the writing of seminar papers.

Analysis of customer financial statements, business plans and cash-flow statements for granting of new leasing facilities or restructuring of the existing ones;Recommend adequate structures for transactions and approve transactions within my competence limit;Portfolio analysis, including performance measurement, risk quantification, analysis and monitoring of portfolio risks;Support sales department in daily activity with: sales team training; creating and updating standards models of analysis of customers and products;Prepare specifications for the business systems (Charisma) for Credit Operations and Collection;Supervision and verification of activity regarding the calculation of the provisions specific to the credit risk activity;Development and implementing of the risk management procedures;Collection, assessment and reporting to the Top Management information regarding the risks exposing the company;Ensure the training of staff within the company on themes related to operational risk, business continuity;Assisting the departments within the company in the process regarding the identification and mitigation of the significant risks related to their activity;Member in company’s Risk Committee.

Tasks: - Evaluation and review of the credit proposals submitted for approval;- Approval of credit proposals in respect of the bank regulation and risk involved. (approval competency up to 50,000 EUR);- Issuing motivated opinions on the reviewed credit proposal and presentations in the bank's Credit Committees;- Offering support and training to the Branches (RM and BM) and to new employees;- Various reports to top management;- Follow up arrears clients, restructuring and legal execution proposals;- Reviewing procedures and work flows and proposing for approval to superior management;- Offering consultancy to other departments (sales, marketing, operations);- Member of the team that lead transformation of Garantibank into GE Garantibank.
