-Administrates the systems that monitors the production in plant Hunedoara MES/IPST (Manufacturing Execution System), Proses, MES Efficiency.-Collaboration at PPS logistics projects also at creation of logistic concepts( in collaboration with department of logistic planning) and their optimization by using all the IT resources available.- Responsible of implementing/maintaining/coordinating the planning tools from plant DRX Hunedoara segment OC . - Starting of the logistic flux of materials and processes in multiple chains of supply- Insertion of parameters/material lists and also the verification of their integrity. - Applies corrections in the system of eventual wrong quantities and offers support . - Collaborates with the departments IT & Industrialization at implementation of a new assembly line and offers support regarding the systems that monitor the production of type MES.- Resolves eventual issues that appear at a level change of a product or at the launching of a new one (FP)- Maintains a permanent connection with the specialists MES/IPST, Proses, Shopfloor DSN for the correct functionality of the informatic systems and informs the parts involved about the technical issues and other dysfunctionalities/malfunctions .

General responsabilies :-Identificate and evaluate/select new possible suppliers;-Launching and tracking of orders towards suppliers;-Mantains a good relation with the suppliers also tries to improve it if possible-Efficient stock & article/database management;-Administrates correctly and offers support for the company’s web site “www.dhsbikeparts.ro”-Processes in-time all of the necessary paperwork regarding the extracomunitar imports;-Creates monthly reports regarding the “waste” to be declared or forwarded towards the Romanian Environment Authority;-Organzation and well keeping of the documents (Archivation ) of any Purchasing regarded documents or activities related to this department;Speciffic atributions and responsabilities:-Responsable for the quality of additional annex/contract negotiation with the company’s suppliers ;-Responsible for the quality/quantity of the goods purchased ;-Creates new articles (description, net &brute weights ,TARIC code, customs percent)in the company’s software ERP database - Microsoft Navision/Entersoft Bussiness Suite .-Uploads new articles on the company’s web site “www.dhsbikeparts.ro”-Launches purchasing orders in the company’s ERP system Microsoft Navision/Entersoft Business Suite-Processing of the eventual credit notes from the company’s suppliers of the eventual product fault/defects

-In-time processing of documents of goods delivery , checking the informations and database insertion ,-Ensuring the corect use / functionality of the manual scaners ,-Assuring a permanent connection betwen the I.T. center and the store personal for a good software functionality of the SAP and GS4 systems , also reporting any disfunctions or errors that may occur .-Ressponsable for the waste management , packing and pallets ,-Responsable for the good introduction of data in the system of the anual inventory and the sending towards the main center of all the papers and documents required .
