I have a mechanical internship position In Continental Automotive Timisoara and i use Catia program.Create 3D models , Technical Drawings and Bill of material of new or existing Equipment.General mounting tool overview and maintenance plan for TPMS 1D‑EVO.Ensures that all designed TIS components and systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.Participation in the validation of sensors on different rims.Plan and conduct tests to evaluate the performance of pressure sensors under different operating conditions.In this department I used the wheel test to simulate the different rotational speeds and centrifugal forces to which wheels are subjected under real driving conditions.Evaluate sensor performance at high-speed rotations and under extreme conditions, such as high temperatures and vibration, to ensure their resilience to real operational stresses.I adjusted the temperature in the test chamber to simulate extreme conditions. These included very high temperatures, which can be encountered in summer or in intensely sunny road conditions, and very low temperatures, which are typical of winters.During the tests, I was monitoring the responses of the pressure sensors in real time, collecting data on measurement accuracy and response time.

I worked on an internship position in PSS in production. Here I learned the technological processes such as the use of the depaneling machine or flying probe machine.I worked on the TAKAYA flying probe machine which comprises test systems fordetecting manufacturing defects on printed circuit boards assembled using probes thatmove very quickly independently of each other.I worked also on depaneling PCB machine where my responsability was to prepare the fixture, create de program and to inspect the PCB to be sure there are no defect.In the Sample Shop at Continental Automotive, I was involved in the PCB flashing process. This process involved programming and updating firmware on printed circuit boards using specialized equipment
