I teach low-income students job skills, from sitting up straight and using a mouse and keyboard to using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and sending professional emails. Most of my students are between 18 and 30 and are isiZulu speakers, (The inter-cultural aspect is challenging).Responsibilities:- Office computer repairs, assistance, and advice.- Management of Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.- General staff oversight as part of the management team.

Responsible For:- Managing staff.- Developing operational procedures and implementing them.- Training staff.- Marketing, brand creation and management.- Disciplinary action.- Hiring and firing of staff.- Budget and cost control.- Handeling large sums in cash, debit, and credit cards.

1 year of Part-time study with 2 years of practical work in shop and onsite.Responsibilities:- Sales of new and used technology.- Computer repair.- Assisting in the training of new technicians.- Customer relationships.
