As a Logistic Commissioning Specialist I manage documentation and planning of commissioning and start-up process and procedures directed by PC&SU Comm. Manager. In this role I monitor and accept overall pre-comm. activities of all units according to job specifications while assisting Comm. Manager in preparation of Comm. and start-up schedules. Furthermore, I direct systemizations by listing all general functions and mark-up PIDs accordingly as well as I oversee technical tasks regarding field and develop technical documentation to support pre-commissioning and start-up in collaboration with integrated PC&SU team. Below were some of my key contributions in this role: Implemented operational procedures, which led to significant reduction in costs. Reached the Mile Stones in safety conditions and zero incidents

I Have deployed effectively all main technical phases of pre-commissioning and manage all comm. Activities, including cleaning, drying, reinstating, PID check and high pressure tightness tests. I have represented Commissioning Manager on all technical issues similar as the previous project in Etzel.Below were some of my key contributions in role: Crafted clear procedures in German language together with clear self-explanatory marked-up PIDs.

In this job role I mobilized and directed several functionalities of commissioning department. I have collaborated with team and in planning activities, in order to reach the Mile Stones of the project. As a project manager I have arranged all procedures for pre-commissioning / commissioning activities and start-up for the Gasification Plant to ensure seamless operations as well as I have deployed all Leak Test of Coal and Slag lock valves and manage reception and installation of main parts of the gasifiers: Upper and Lower Hearts, Slag Tap, Burners and Tuyers. Furthermore, I have supervised and mentored commissioning team to reach the status of RFSU and managed training of the personnel before the Start-up of the plant together with the Licensor BGL representatives.Key Contributions: Managed the Leak Test of Coal and Slag lock valve, as well as action plan to rectify the ones which didn’t meet the Leak test specifications.
