I have +10 years experience in helping people choose their perfect product/ service. Retail teached me alot, i will share with you the most important ones and my overall experience:- self discipline and plenty of soft skills that i had and being polished in the most wonderful way such as: good comunication with clients and co-workers, time/ stress manangement for better critical and decisional actions.- manager role introduced me to the recruitment process/ product placement and supply chain and how to be a good leader for my team where the purpose was to grow together.- operational manager lead me into meeting supplyers and assure a good balance between best services and good costs and to lead the store managers into supply/ stock rotation/ to ensure the smooth operation of the store.- being store leader is the crown of retail and a perfect reward for your career path.
