• Ensure that support documents for payments are according with requirements, working methods, technical specifications and compare with contractors’ technical offers• Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure• Check and approve bill of quantities, quantity estimations and progress measurement reports for all Contract / Agreement types. Review / comment on Contractors’ Estimations and Work Progress Reporting Procedures and guidelines• Review quantity surveying, material take-offs (MTOs), labour and machinery estimates for project activities from Pre-FEED to Commissioning phase for multi-discipline projects (Civil /Structural / Mechanical / Piping / Electrical & Instrumentation / Infrastructure)• Monitor and keep track of additional works that are not considered in the contract, being responsible for the measurement/re-measurement and evaluation of variations in the work during the contract• Carry out site visit where required and make all necessary notes, take appropriate photographs, review information with the Contracts Manager and take account of findings in tender pricing• Assess all quantities submitted to/by Contractors as well as calculations, and approve the invoices (quantitatively) to ensure that the Contractors are correctly paid for the erected quantities and in accordance with Contract specifications • Approve quantities on Change Orders Requests (CORs) • Check on periodical basis Contractors’ progress including materials delivered, materials installed, labour resources employed, equipment resources utilized and other statistical management • Check Contractors’ weekly / monthly requests for payments derived from surveyed completed quantities• Earned Value analysis including Cost Trend Report and Productivity Report• Prepare, develop and maintain a rigorous system of data collection, in order to produce weekly / monthly progress reports• Monitor and follow-up the progress of work until completion

●Assure rig is properly loaded as to variable load capacity according to operational manual ●Maintain safety and emergency equipment , firefighting equipment , and seaworthiness of rig ●Issue work permits as needed within limits of responsibilities ●Conduct all required inspections and drills other than those directly related to drilling functions ●Complete submit and maintain company required paperwork. working whit AMOS, MICROSOFT WORD , EXCEL . ●Co-ordinate work boats ● Lead rescue operations in case of “man overboard” situation ● Ensure administrative work related to Flag state and Class society regulations ● Make all necessary verification's before rig lowering, hoisting or moving in order to ensure stability and buoyancy ● Test periodically running of audio and optical warning systems ● Supervise organisation, management and safety of lifting/lowering operations ● Supervise mechanical/hydraulic/electrical overhaul and repair of lifting devices
