Main tasks:• MEPF Plan review of new malls construction or expansion/redevelopment.• Bid evaluation of MEPF equipment prior awarding. (Cooling Tower, WaterCooled Chiller, AC pumps, AHU/FCU, Fire pump and Jockey pump, IndoorSubstation, Generator Set, Sanitary Pumps, CPS pumps, Panelboards, BMS,AMR, and Centralized, AMR)• Review of technical specs and shop drawing submitted by the suppliers for each MEPF equipment to check if it follows the SM Standard and based on plan.Other tasks:Special Projects: Fit-out of National University Building (Mechanical).• Budget preparation for Airconditioning and Ventilation Works.• Plan review of Mechanical Plan.• Bidding, awarding, and site supervision for the installation of VRF units and ventilating fans and blowers.• Testing and commissioning of the Mechanical Systems.

• Daily monitoring of progress on site and checking of quality of workmanship.• Coordination on site with other trades for specific activity wherein they are affected.• Ensures that the materials we’ve used are in line with the standard.• Monitoring of installation of ducting and chilled water piping.

• Monitoring of new/repaired machines.• Design and installation of a machine part or component.• Meeting with the suppliers regarding our design requirement and request for quotation.• Managing group of Preventive Maintenance and Line technicians.
