Ich heiße Marius und bin als Projektmanager bei Miele tätig. Hier freue ich mich in einem internationalen Projektteam insbesondere durch Organisation & Kommunikation Verantwortung zu übernehmen.Im Rahmen des dualen Studiums mit der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau in Kooperation mit Miele habe ich die Grundlage für meine spätere Tätigkeit als Entwicklungskonstrukteur gelegt. In meiner persönlichen Weiterentwicklung habe ich anschließend die Chance ergriffen, die Rolle des Systemarchitekten eines Robotik-Entwicklungsprojekts aufzubauen und aktiv zu gestalten. Kernelemente dabei waren die Etablierung eines strukturierten Requirement Engineerings und des Model-based Systems Engineerings.Den nächsten Schritt ging ich durch die Übernahme der Verantwortung eines internationalen, agil-arbeitenden Entwicklungsprojekts im Bereich Robotik als Projektmanager. Diese Herausforderung gehe ich mit viel Freude und Engagement Tag für Tag an. Mein Ziel ist es, dem Projektteam die bestmöglichen Rahmenbedingungen zur Erreichung unserer Projektziele zu schaffen und die Teilprojekte zum Gesamterfolg zu koordinieren. Hier lerne ich noch täglich dazu, was mir dabei hilft, mich weiterzuentwickeln.---My name is Marius and I work as a project manager at Miele. Here, I am happy to take on responsibility in an international project team, especially through organization & communication.As part of my dual study program specializing in mechanical engineering in cooperation with Miele, I laid the groundwork for my later work as a development engineer. In my personal development, I took the opportunity to establish and actively shape the role of system architect for a robotics development project. The core elements of this were the establishment of structured requirement engineering and model-based systems engineering.I took the next step by assuming responsibility for an international, agile development project in the field of robotics as project manager. I approach this challenge with a lot of joy and commitment day by day. My goal is to create the best possible framework for the project team to achieve our project goals and to coordinate the sub-projects for overall success. Here I am still learning every day, which helps me to develop further.
