With over 7 years of experience in restaurants in different countries as well as my 1 year training from luxury Resort in JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort, Texas, United States of America. I am currently the head cook of Tiger Bite Macau where I worked since Aug 2019. One of the first task given to me when I assumed my work, was to develop menus for the restaurant. I humbly say that the developed menus had helped the restaurant increased it’s sales revenue. As a head cook/chef, part of my work are to conduct interviews, train kitchen staff, prepare meals, conduct stock inventory and be responsible in monitoring the consistency of the quality of food being served.
