During ten years at Urban Brew Studios, I have become skilled at multi-tasking and have gained in depth knowledge on the technical management and maintenance of a Production HouseInitially employed as a set electrician on Win and Spin, prior to fast-tracked promotion on operating VT’s and Video Servers Ibecame a part of the Urban Institute (entry-level practical industry training) within arts and knowledge of vision mixing, vision control, auto cue operating, live show graphic’s (character generator – C Gen) plus basics of studio lighting and studio camera work.Stood in as broadcast engineer in three Control Rooms, five studios and three Final Control Centres (FCC). Ten years hands on experience 24/7/365 day managing various facilities. On call to fault find and problem solve, working closely with all supplier’s engineers when new equipment is installed. Involved in the wiring and planning of three high tech Digital Control rooms.

Ensure daily operations in Studio ran as productive as possible, being the point of contact for new clients, welcoming them into our facility and setting the tone for the experience they have.
