After being part of big multinational organisations I have decided to use the good practices and experience gathered in managing people and teams, by consulting other businesses in Romania or abroad.I have worked with various companies, ranging from small to medium, on projects spanning from building a sales team from scratch and managing sales and marketing activities in Romania (an international company, producer of baby care products) to organisational development projects (marketing and management processes, people development processes).As a consultant and certified trainer, I am able to deliver value from the strategic part of business processes to the deployment and implementation within the organisation.One of the main challenges on Romanian market is the fact that many entrepreneurial companies have grown significantly and their business processes are lagging behind, leading to typical organisational illnesses like strategic disarray, decreased impact, low motivation, inefficient operations etc. My experience and approach is particularly well fitted to this kind of customers because of my goal oriented approach encompassing all business processes, from strategic to execution.
