I've create and managed a net of dealers, in Romania, Rep.Moldova, Hungary, Bulgaria and Serbia for Maquinaria Agrícola Solá, S.L.

I've build a dealers net from zero in Romania, Moldavia , Bulgaria and Hungary (the company was a start-up importer off agriculture machinery) for different manufacturers off agriculture equipment and I've managed a team of area managers.

My main principal goal was to make and apply new strategy for the group on the Romanian market.I've established new modality and strategy of introducing new range of the products on theRomanian market.I've also managed the corporate dealers.

I've organized the sell activity in Romania by searching, making and assisting new dealers.Also I've managed the corporate clients. I've taked care of all the problems that appear between our colaboration with the dealers but also with the final clients like service problems and payments.I've also helped the dealers to hire and to make training with new personal for sales.I've constantaly increased the turn over in my area.
