- Main contact for all technical inquiries;- Leads and manages new product implementations;- Manages the all costs related to implementation of new products (tooling's, labour, resources);- Leads specific customer analyses (FMEA, DFM, DFT, DFC), reporting to the customer;- Integrating customer specifics into Benchmark internal processes;- Together with related functions within Benchmark, generates the production and test strategy;- Prepares the industrialization budget;- Together with continuous improvement teams, reports to the management the equipments needed for a new customer;- Together with the Program Manager leads the internal industrialization team, reaching customer satisfaction, preparing and following the project plan, in terms of financial and resources aspects;- Identifying and manages the special processes and changes required by customers, following internal resources;- Analyses and manages the financial performance of the program to reach company objectives.

• Responsible for Process Flow Chart, Product FMEA, Control Plan and Workplace Instructions creation and update for new and actual products• Setting up system for production• Analyzing the failures in the Production• Involved in Product Development – reporting to Product Programs located in different countries like Poland, France, China, UK, USA, Ireland, Belgium• Involved in cross-functional Teams (Specialists like: Test Engineers, Material Quality Engineers, Quality Engineers, Process Engineers)• Takes full manufacturing responsibility, leading products through prototype, pilot and mass production builds.• Assure that the processes are running in good conditions and those are in the requested specifications;• Involved in New Product Implementation activities• Involved in investigations based on Customer Claims to find the root-causes and to define the preventive actions• Involved in Analyzing Scrap results and defining the needed corrective and preventive actions with a cross-functional Teams• Involved in Continuous Improvement Activities• Oversees the implementation of customer documentation changes and internal change orders• Evaluates the requirements for assembly tooling, fixtures, and equipment required to support the manufacturing operations.• Provides manufacturing assembly floor and equipment layouts required to promote an efficient flow of product through the various assembly states• Analise, align and report process capabilities according to it’s critical parameteres;• Assure process optimization, good link between high quality, high volumes and low costs;• Analyze line performance.
