My final job at KTVX was as the weekend sports anchor. This was after many years working my way through the news room. I started as a paid intern, worked as a producer and then reporter. On my way up the ladder of success, I also found myself learning the finer jobs of the news room, such as running studio cam, prompter, editing and whatever else need to be done to help the team. Some of my most memorable moments in Salt Lake was covering the NBA finals in 1997 and '98. Also covering Heber native Cael Sanderson complete his collegiate wrestling career undefeated.
