As a Client Relationship / Business Development Manager at BitMEX, I am responsible for the success of our institutional clients. I work closely with institutional clients who trade billions of dollars per day, to understand their needs and develop solutions that help them achieve their goals and objectives. I also work with other departments to ensure that our clients have a positive experience with our products and services.In my role, I:- Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients- Analyze client needs and requirements- Develop and implement client solutions- Work with other departments to improve the customer experience- I worked with the marketing team to launch a new customer loyalty program that increased customer retention, which in turn led to an increase in trading volume.

Client Development: 24-7 support of corporate clients to assist them with any account and API related queries. Support: My own ambition is not only to solve customer problems reliably in the shortest possible time but also to share feedback internally in order to constantly improve the platform. I also made my contribution to a fully KYC verified platform. Working closely with our engineers to build a smooth and safe KYC process. Over the years, I have been able to expand my knowledge not only in the support area but also in the underlying technology. This ranges from the matching engine to price calculations and the API system.

Assisted users of the Ethos Universal Wallet in resolving problems within and outside of the app, whether it was troubleshooting new or existing problems, or walking a user through the process of deriving their private keys with a BIP39 recovery tool. Furthermore, I was able to contribute to the success and growth of the Ethos social media channels.
