As Health and Safety (H&S) COR Specialist, i will be responsible for providing an objective and independent audit of Ambient Mechanical’s H&S practices, recommend steps to achieve and maintain COR training requirements and achieve COR status. Also, i am responsible for auditing, training, follow-up and managing processes that impact Ambient’s COR status. • Inspect and evaluate Ambient’s environments, equipment, practices for compliance with COR standards• Design and implement workplace processes, practices and procedures that help Ambient achieve COR standards• Conduct training on new policies, practices and procedures• Work towards achieving a Letter of Good Standing each year• Working along side Ambient’s Health & Safety Advisor, participate and assist in the investigation of incidents to determine cause and determine what is required to eliminate any possible reoccurrence in the future.
