Since Apollo Group bought the franchise in early 2019, we managed to fix business essentials, start delivering on brand promise to customers, enter Estonian market, open 3 new restaurants within 6 months and build a pipe-line for upcoming tens of KFCs in the next few years.My role in brief:- transform the company to profitable one & enable it for expansion- develop business horizontally and vertically, manage the scope in fast-pace - establish and enable digital tools within the company & business-wise- identify key roles and develop a team from scratch- lead a team to achieve our vision and strategic goals- set metrics&ways to measure and improve all we do (through OKRs)- deliver on bottom-line result

SKYCOP.COM is a global provider of tailor-made online solution for all air passengers, helping to secure compensation for delayed, cancelled or overbooked flights. 

Founded in first half of 2017 from just a few people back then it grew to almost 100 within a 1,5 years. It was a great challenge to be #1 employee who started this journey: to see how it grows, transforms from small entity to quite a crowd working internationally and enabling air passengers from all over the globe to get support without leaving a home.My role in brief:- building a company from zero to 1- strategic business planning and execution- international business development- managing fast growth in-line with financial commitments- constructing internal processes and overseeing daily operations- implementing OKRs and being a success ambassador for it
