Program Manager (ME&A) for Rapiscan Systems, a leading supplier of high quality securityinspection solutions utilizing X-Ray and gamma-ray imaging, and advanced threat identification techniques such as neutron and diffraction analysis. Projects cover four market segments: Baggage and Parcel Inspection, Cargo and Vehicle Inspection, Hold Baggage Screening and People Screening. RESPONSIBILITIES:• Project Management of Cargo & Vehicle Inspection Systems (CVI) Projects dealing with all Internal and External Stakeholders from Point of Sale to Final Customer Acceptance• Manage the handover/takeover of Projects from Sales and take ownership of all aspects of the Project• Communicate to Senior Management through Project Reviews or other means reviews, updates and snapshots of the Project including highlighting issues in a timely manner.• Manage the total scope of the Project• Reporting and consolidating all other Project related documentation including that from Civil or other Sub Contractors and Distributors• Working with the CVI Shipping Agent and/or Sales to ensure that the Commercial, Licence, Shipping and related documents are in process and/or complete, accurate and/or available within the related Project time frames• Achieve Factory, Site and Final Acceptance processes in conjunction with QA/QC Team• Work with the identified Installation and Training Team to ensure that all availability, travel, planning, labor and other resources are in place to complete the Project• Manage the Installation at Site• Manage handover to the Customer including completion of Final Acceptance Corrective Actions
