• Compile statistical data and disease specific indicators for publication in different high-profile internal and external ECDC reports(FluNews bulletin, disease specific reports, Atlas of Infectious Diseses) bring added value and ensure efficiency and reliability in delivering reports according to EU standards;• Data analysis, development of automated analyses and reports,on surveillance data and indicators using TSQL, as well as statistical analysis in STATA and R script;• Implementation and updating of data validation and analysis methodologies;• Contribute to create and maintenance of ECDC's Surveillance Atlas of Infectious Diseases (atlas.ecdc.europa.eu), where official EU/EEA epidemiological data on around 50 infectious diseases can be retrieved at a glance • Contribute and provide disease experts, other staff and management with raw or aggregated data, as well as with statistical data and information on statistical data requests;• Monitor the surveillance databases used for data collections tasks and analyses;• Support the implementation of the standardisation and automation of data management processes for data collections, and data cleaning, validation and analysis;• Support and testing of the metadata sets in TESSy for data collections;• Providing first and second line user support for the data management team, epidemiologists and ECDC surveillance systems’ users (TESSy users);• Document the performed activities according to the ECDC standards and templates;• Working together with the network members and the national surveillance institutes in member states.
