Responsibility:Leading the planning side of the contract to client satisfaction and a safe and commercially successful contract.Developing work programmes and liaising with the operational and administrational teams to ensure a collaborated effort to deliver to the clients expectations.Doing internal analysis via RAMM Contractor and reporting Externally to the client through Weekly or Monthly progress report and annual status of contract report.Scoping work outside the routine maintenance contract and ensuring appropriate engineering control for maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:• Plan weekly schedules to ensure work is completed within a given time frame• Manage resources including labour, plant, materials and sub-contractors• When required provide assistance to the crews on the ground. • Responsibility of STMS on the various work sites• Internal Quality Assurance, ensuring a superior level of quality• Compiling the monthly claim and assisting the Contract Manager in the month end and Financial processes

The position involves:· Cold calling new clients;· Maintaining our sales database;· Developing, implementing and following up quotes;· Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities;· Building strong relationships with existing & potential clients.
