I completed my Matric two years earlier than originally planed, by attending college the last two years at Transvalia collage and Boland Paarl collage. I completed my NIC and NSC in the Food services industry. I also have attended and completed NQF 3 Through Heinz Foods at PMI (Factory management) Since my work career has started I've been in the food industry working in Restaurants, Hotels, Butchery's and mostly in FMCG Food Factory's. Here are some of the companies I have worked for in the past couple of years, Butchery's as Block man and Assisting Butcher Manager, Heinz Foods as a Production Pots and Butchery Supervisor, Heydenrychs Meat Processors as Production Supervisor, Henens Meat Market as Production Supervisor/ Food Safety HACCP (Assisting), Classic Processed Products and Rio Ridge (same compony) as Production Shift Supervisor/ Shift Controller and Rio Manager.
