How should we start, prioritizing game features or devices considering their resolutions- Closely keep in touch with third party producers and devs, helping them to understand the bugs and discussing new workorders or estimations - Reviewing bugs and assigning them to the devs or closing them, being the first filter between the QA and the other departments- Planning each day and structuring an EOD report- Making sure that each team member has something to work on, minimizing unproductive time- Micromanaging the team: solving problems of all kinds, encouraging and helping team members to improve their work or develop new skills, boosting their morale and involvement when they feel capped or when something goes wrong with the project, introducing the new team members to the testing methodology, evaluate the whole team at the end of a project- Making sure that all projects are released on time, costs and bug free- Creating "Post Mortem" at the end of a project - a document that contains all the good and bad things that happened during the project, so everybody can learn from it- Helping the QA manager with the job interviews- So far, managing 15 titles that were released: Bird Zapper!, Fossil Feast, Knights Arena, Bug Assault, Puzzle Quest 2, CornQuest, Inversion Project, PAC-MAN +Tournaments, PAC-MAN, Ms. PAC-MAN, Bird Zapper: Seasons, Bravoman, Ridge Racer Slipstream, Wonder Momo, Jewel Fight, FotoFinish and many other small projects and updates.
