I was a co-founder and CTO in Apprentus, a marketplace for private lessons.

I was one of the co-founders of Cherry.ee, which became the largest e-commerce company in the Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania). In 2012 the company sold over 27M€ worth of products and services.

In BEST I learned to develop, structure and deliver training sessions on various topics. So far I have delivered: Project Management, Feedback, Conflict Solving, Presentation Skills, Personality Types, Training Design, Energy Management (Full Engagement), Interaction design, Makumba basics, Web standards (HTML, CSS), JavaScript and AJAX, Database design

My job was to coordinate a 100+ member international IT Committee, which is responsible for all the IT systems in BEST. My responsibilities included overseeing the daily life of the committee, organizing events for it and representing it on the General Meetings of BEST.

I mainly worked on TimeGT, a Task Management software. I was developing it (Java) and writing articles on time management for the TimeGT blog.

Since 2003 most of my work time went into writing a custom Content Management System (CMS) in PHP. Taillight OÜ was incorporated in 2007 to sell it.Even though it's no longer in active development, the CMS is still in use by a few sites today.

I worked on NetMinutes, a software to help take minutes of meetings.

My job was to manage everything related to public relations. This included coordinating event promotional materials, communicating with printshops, composing the annual report, talking with the media, writing and sending press releases, etc.
