As a Technical Project Lead and a Project Coordinator at Micro Lab Engineering Club, I apply my IT and Agile project management skills to oversee and support various technology projects. I also mentor and manage a team of talented engineers who share my passion for innovation and excellence. I have been working at Micro Lab for over two years, and I have contributed to the successful delivery of multiple projects. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Technical University of Moldova, where I have acquired a solid foundation in programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering. I have also completed courses in IT and Agile project management from Tekwill Academy, where I learned how to apply best practices, tools, and methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects. My core competencies include mentoring, communication, team management, problem-solving, and creativity.
