Next to this I am involved in the development of new products such as TV Everywhere, IPTV, Restart TV, Catch-Up TV and VOD libraries. Key achievement: In the Netherlands we launched a new IPTV platform for our brand Online.nl. We created a complete new channel line-up for this product. I started working at M7 as a Legal Counsel and Company Secretary. In this role I supported the General Counsel in a wide range of legal matters. I drafted and reviewed mainly sales, licence, agent and content distribution agreements. I also advised on consumer law, commercial law, telecom law, IP law and data protection and was part of the anti-piracy team.

I founded Luiz David Concepts with three friends. We organised dance parties in Amsterdam. I was responsible for all business affairs and negotiated and drafted the contracts with the performing artists and locations/clubs.
