Heritas is a LatAm venture dedicated to developing and offering precision medicine services and products for patients and consumers. We’ve launched Rewell, a direct-to-consumer health and prevention digital platform that utilizes DNA and microbiome data to provide personalized genetic insights and health prevention recommendations, all supported by health professionals through telemedicine. Heritas also offers clinical genetic services to laboratories, distributing tests for reproductive health, oncology, rare diseases, and the human microbiome.I have been leading the transformation of Heritas from Argentina to the broader LatAm region, standardizing our business units and driving change management, financial planning and analysis, fundraising, business development, operations, go-to-market strategies, digital marketing, and product strategy.To further transform Heritas, I have spearheaded M&A activities, negotiating and executing a Business Combination Agreement to merge Heritas with MultiplAI, a UK-based RNA screening company, and APx, a SPAC. This merger will create OmnigenicsAI Corp, a new NASDAQ public company. I am currently focusing on change management, new corporate and business strategies, fundraising, and overseeing the filing process for Omnigenics.

Continuously innovated the product strategically based on user research insights to add further value to end-users and thus create new revenue streams for the company. Negotiated partnerships with third parties to improve whole offer.Led the MVP launch in Costa Rica, and the subsequent business launch in Colombia.

BREIN is the Innovation Hub of BRECA, a US$12.1 billion conglomerate that owns and operates companies in the fishing, mining, paints & adhesives, cement, real estate, insurance, healthcare, and hospitality industries throughout Peru, Chile, Brazil and Ecuador. Led the Open Innovation division, which develops business by detecting opportunities and building new revenue streams for the portfolio companies by integrating technologies through partnerships with global startups and institutions.

Fledge Peru focuses on accelerating socially conscious for-profit LatAm start-ups through training, mentorship, and supplying a support network. Co-created the program and co-led the first batch of startups.
