Created a Java application for the support team to replace a manual process of creating and distributing software patches to clients.The application had a graphical user interface that would allow the support staff to select the files that went in the patch and also allowed them to upload the patch to the distribution FTP server with the click of a button.The application also generated README files with patch installation instructions.When the manual process was replaced with the application the patch creation and distribution process was reduced from 20 minutes to under 1 minute.
