Develop CAPEX and maintenance projects from A to Z, directing and supervising all aspects of a project from scope definition to commissioning, integrating budget, technical description, planning, construction, commissioning with a focus on safety aspects and quality of deliverables.- Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, planning, costs, procurement and construction in a matrix organization. - Carry out continuous risk analysis of the project lifecycle and ensure that deviations are kept within budget, schedule, scope and deadlines.- Communicate effectively through progress reports and periodic follow-up meetings with the project team, engineering management, internal customers and the steering committee.- Organize and manage start-up, site opening, pre- and post-job briefing meetings.- Manage projects worth between €30k and €3M, analyzing options for project execution, cost savings and schedule improvements.- Set clear customer expectations and measure targets.

Guide and supervise mechanical studies for modifications, revamping and investment projects, from P&ID, to completion and commissioning. Propose original solutions to technical problems of mechanical construction. Bring my expertise for the realization of plans, technical specifications of equipments and calculations. Ensure the administrative management of construction files and the design office. Actively contribute to improving security in terms of infrastructure, behavior and procedures.

Support SMEs and Engineering Offices in the development of various mechanical projects (Piping, Materials selection , Thermodynamics, Mechanics of materials, etc.)

Had the responsibility to handle several projects, define functional and technical components specifications, perform calculations of mechanical and piping components, pipeline and supporting system. PID & overall drawing, quality assurance and cost evaluation, interact with customers.

Managing a team of 08 technicians for the PERENCO LIVING QUARTER project. For this project, we have installed and tested about 26km of piping lines for HVAC . We also built and installed supporting systems for HVAC equipments.

Participation in the basic design phases, installation audit, consulting and supporting the design engineers through validation. Maintain the connection with the suppliers.
