English summary:After 15 years in sales- and marketing related roles in private companies, 2017 gave me the opportunity to tick off a "bucket list" experience as Arena Manager for the 2017 UCI Road World Championships in Bergen (Cycling). A full time position with a 1 year span. After the Worlds I went back to my previous employer Pexip, and took on a new role as Office Manager at the Pexip HQ in Oslo, Norway. This in a time that Videoconference grew tremendously and Pexip needed to increase and strengthen their HQ facilities in Oslo. The last 5 years I have successfully managed to grow Pexip HQ facilities with an additional floor of 2500square meters, custom built office to tailor our needs, and also established our new global customer experience center for both physical and digital customer demo events.
