Support the delivery of non-standard solutions and configurations impacting the BSS solution and business processes. Ensures that the software developed solutions are aligned with the business requirements, including solution design activities, solution testing assessment and end-to-end stakeholder management and communication.

• Facilitate collaboration between Development and Global Production teams to translate business requirements into detailed function specifications• Work with development teams to identify and mitigate risks• Coordinate Production deployment of new tools and functionalities• Integrate innovation/ processes/ procedures/ applications in Production• Monitor performance improvements in Production and recommend corrective actions• Implement corrective actions

• Define production processes, and the associated tools requirements (process re-engineering and automation);• Support tools and features deployment to production, including validation and testing• Provide support for Production teams from technical and procedural perspective. Report platform issues and communicate updates and resolutions with production teams.• Design and organize material trainings and presentations and conduct internal technical training programs• Provide training to Global Production teams

• Coordinate with multiple team managers in providing the clients with timings and necessary information for them to meet the deadlines and project scopes, while still taking into account the workload of the teams, and making sure materials we would receive are within standards.• Analyze delivered materials and return with feedback for clarification or needed changes, to streamline the overall process of studies

• Coordinate major market research projects within NA, APAC and Europe by working also with new customers in the development of new accounts and the implementation of new types of studies• Act as main point of support for all the team members as well as projects in progress• Technical support for team members on different platforms and product specifics within the company• Involved in a Project Managers Exchange Program taking place from September 2014 to December 2014, which implied:o Working from the Paris officeo Working on developing and strengthening client relationshipso Closely working with Research Executives

• Assist the PM Manager with allocating projects, and providing advice and timings to our clients, for upcoming projects.
