• Planning, assigning and supervising the functional work of Operational Specialists in the area of order management, developing and designing operational processes and flows in conjunction with Management input, Channel business needs and reviewing performance accordingly.• Analyzing ordering data and metrics and converting them into business outputs by implementing solutions, recovery plans, system upgrades, etc.• Acting as Subject Matter Expert and unique entry point for Supplies operations processes and linking with various cross-organizations functions (Distribution, Category, Finance and Supply Chain) in order to support management decisions on business strategies and programs.

• Coordinating order and claims management activities for a complex portfolio of Pan-European, Italian, Nordics and UK Partners.• Delegated as operational representative in major EMEA wide projects managing the deployment of deliverables in the team.

• Designing, testing and implementing standardized working procedures for the EMEA HR departments of one of the largest players in the fast-moving consumer goods industry•Acting as Recruitment Subject Matter Expert when participating in Customer review meetings on service deliverables
