The unit in Oradea continued its growth and together with the growth my daily activities transformed into:▪ Business development (participating at events for creating new customers collaborations in DACH region and managing expand inside existing customers collaborations)▪ Manage unit’s business directions (define, communicate, implement)▪ Creating career paths mapped on the new business directions inside the unit▪ P&L Responsibilities for the unit▪ Create and maintain the position of 'employer of choice' in Oradea▪ Build a local culture towards consultancy and customer orientation▪ Talent management, promote and coach of middle management team▪ Responsible for financial health of the unit▪ Define KPI’s based on the proposed yearly strategy

The company's strategy was to open a new location for the company in Romania, first one outside Cluj Napoca, an office in Oradea. Throughout the daily activities it is worth mentioning:▪ Create a new business unit in Oradea▪ Create a local employer brand (local events organisation, collaboration with the Universities)▪ Make strategic decisions regarding company business directions as part of the company board▪ Coaching team leaders, scrum masters, project managers inside the company▪ Responsibility as recruiting manager▪ Participating in presales activities▪ Manage multiple projects in parallel on time, on quality, on budget (over 20 projects in total)▪ Managing customers expectations and communicating with key stakeholder’s▪ Identify new opportunities for increasing the business in the collaboration with the client▪ Propose collaboration model to the client▪ Customer negotiations (team, rates, collaboration period, type of collaborations, commitments)▪ Managing projects budgets (equipment, business trips, trainings, allocations etc)▪ Defining main projects phases (length, scope, budget, team)

In the first year I was in the role of Scrum Master for three team inside one project, one team being from the customer itself. The project was delivered from the customers office in Germany throughout the entire period. In the second part, I covered the following activities throughout multiple projects:▪ Maintaining a good working relationship with the customer▪ Managing customer expectations▪ Drive change management ▪ Managing risks and issues inside the project▪ Preparing and validating timesheets with the customer and sending out invoices▪ Defining and recruiting required team structure for the project▪ Preparing and rolling out releases▪ Setting up SCRUM process according to the project context▪ Setting the SCRUM process artefacts▪ Sending out sprint summary overview to stakeholders▪ Organizing scrum meetings▪ Supporting Product Owner in User Stories definition and Backlog prioritization▪ Taking part in key architectural decisions

Took part in developing a desktop WPF application, in rheology area.Throughout the daily work, I was assigned as the main developer for the repository module of the application. The daily work consisted of▪ Covering entire SDLC for functionalities according to agreed definitions with the customer▪ Participating in code and document reviews▪ Identify and clarify customer’s needs, milestones ▪ Propose technical or functional solutions▪ Collaborate with my peers throughout the projects phases▪ Proactively communicate to the project manager risks, delays, statuses

The product I participated in developing was an eCommerce software. Besides the multiple modules I worked on, I was reponsible for integrating DHL, USPS and FedEx shipping.▪ Develop functionalities according to the clients’ needs covering the complete SDLC▪ Collaborate with my peers throughout the projects phases▪ Estimate tasks and continuously communicate evolution to project manager
