Key Responsabilities:■ Creating long-term forecasts for Romania and Bulgaria subsidiaries as part of a new Danone brand;■ Short-term forecasting (12 weeks horizon) for specific product categories in Romania and Bulgaria;■ Interacting permanently with the Sales and Marketing departments in order to be informed on the status of the portfolio;■ Using SAP APO for uploading the weekly/monthly forecast and making necessary adjustments;■ Creating ad-hoc sales reports and analyses through QlikView, SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel;■ Material and customer master data validation as part of standard workflows.

Key Responsabilities:■ Supply Chain metrics reporting through Microsoft Excel reports and Tableau Dashboards;■ Daily communication with global stakeholders to achieve data alignment;■ Creating ad-hoc reports or improving the recurrent reports;■ KPI development;■ Report Automation (via Alteryx, SQL Server Management Studio and Tableau);■ Microsoft Excel training for Honeywell SPS employees on Bucharest site (beginner and intermediate levels);■ Developing Microsoft Excel tests for new employees, and for training purposes.

Key Responsabilities:■ Interacting with the customers via phone or email for RMA (return merchandise authorization) creation for Honeywell Scanning and Mobility products, such as scanners, mobile or on-site printers;■ Monitoring the billing process (customer quotation, purchase order processing, invoicing, credit and re-billing);■ Dispatching the field technicians to the on-site service calls;■ Creating ad-hoc reports for customers or internal use;■ Participating in daily meetings with global stakeholders.
