I have over 18 years of experience in the healthcare software industry, where I co-founded eTrustMedical, an innovative company that creates web applications and dedicated software for medical institutions and patients. I also serve as the IT Manager at the Academic Clinic Centre of the Medical University of Gdansk, one of the largest and most advanced medical facilities in Poland.My mission is to improve the quality, efficiency, and security of healthcare services and data through cutting-edge technology and user-friendly solutions. As a co-founder, I lead the product development strategy, coordinate the agile project management, and oversee the usability, web application, and dedicated software design and implementation. As an IT Manager, I manage the information systems, infrastructure, and integration of the hospital, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance. I also contribute to the research and publication of articles on healthcare informatics, digital transformation, and patient satisfaction in various medical and business journals.
