I started my Real Estate journey in Office Department in Cushman & Wakefield where I gained my Lease Negotiations skills acting on behalf of Tenant Representation and Landlord Representation as well. For the last 12 years I have been enhancing Asset Standards in Skanska, focused on developing and delivering top quality services for our Tenants and Investors. Being responsible for Lease Agreements Execution and Administration, successfully coordinated delivery of over 320 k sqm of Office Premises to our Tenants in five cities including: Warsaw, Cracow, Gdańsk, Poznań and Łódź; supporting the divestment process of 18 buildings in Poland.
