•leadership and support negotiations in all aspects of company spend, ensuring that best value for the business is obtained;•identification & realization of cost saving opportunities on direct & indirect company spend to agreed targets, work with other key business functions to develop and maximize business opportunities and projects, Market research and elaborating forecasts;•assistance in the maintenance and monitoring of the company purchasing procedures;•working within the PPE Purchasing Team, you will act as the main link between all operations and supplier base also with other divisions – Hexacomb, Flexible and Hospitals;•comply with Company Health & Safety Policies;•assistance in the development and review of an approved list of business suppliers, track the price competitiveness of the company supply base;•support the business database by consistently reviewing lead time, pricing specifications & product changes of the supply base;•assistance in the development, maintenance and reporting of Purchasing Key Performance Indicators, Operational Performance Measures, Supplier Service, Value Adding Projects etc.;•tracking the price competitiveness of the company supply base;•assistance in the process of obtaining new business by securing pricing, specification and lead-time information from the supply base, and informing relevant personnel in a timely fashion (Sales Admin, Account Managers & Regional Sales Managers);•assistance in the monitoring of group product trends, margins, volumes and deviations;•co-creating production standards, process innovations, implementing TQM, introduction of advanced management methods, restructuring internal processes;•developing procurement department and distribution chain.

Work during university studies – responsibility for projects from idea to sales, purchasing, contacts with customers, product selling, invoicing, accountancy, market analysis and scanning competitors.
