I am an expert and manager with over 20 years of experience, specializing in controlling systems.As co-founder and Managing Director of FlexiSolutions, I create the strategic vision of the company, support clients and project teams. My approach to process optimization results from practical knowledge gathered during years of work as a consultant and project manager.I completed a master's degree at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology, postgraduate studies and a doctoral program at the Leon Koźmiński Academy, which provided me with a solid foundation in the field of financial reporting and business management.Since 2023, I have been the leader of the ICV Warsaw Regional Working Group, promoting best practices in financial controlling. I regularly share my knowledge and experience at conferences and in the industry press.Privately, I am an avid runner, with a personal marathon record of 3:12:42.
