As the Head of Delivery at Gatenox, I lead our delivery team to ensure the successful execution of projects and services. In this role, I oversee project management processes, optimize workflows, and foster collaboration across departments to meet client expectations and drive operational excellence. I am responsible for developing and implementing delivery strategies that align with our business goals, managing client relationships, and ensuring that our solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

(2009) Risk Management – current situation analysis and recommendation for changes for Universal Bank.The scope of my responsibilities included analysis of the current situation in the Bank and the preparation of a documents that allows to implement recommendations.2. (2008) Functional analysis of integration of HR applications in Universal Bank.The scope of my responsibilities included analysis of current state and requirements analysis for a new, integrated system.3. Project goal was to help the Bank to reorganize the department structure (organizational structure and job description of positions) and to design KPI model. My responsibilities involved: interviews with Bank’s employees, preparation of job descriptions and preparation of KPI model (methodology and excel spreadsheet).5. (2007) Management Accounting System for Big5X. Project aim was to implement new IT management system for reporting hours and expenses and Project tracking. I was PM.
