As Battery Senior Sales Manager at the INGUN Group, I work across regions and act as a link between all locations in order to synchronize sales forces worldwide. I specialize in test probes, ICT/FCT fixtures and test connectors, and have already been able to contribute my expertise to several publications. Since the founding of the INGUN Battery Unit, my focus has been on providing technical consultation about our innovative products and technologies in the field of battery cell contacting. I see it as my job to work with our customers to find customized solutions for their applications instead of offering standard products. I also work actively to network internal teams to enable us to share knowledge and work together efficiently. This approach is also useful when dealing with our customers.In my 17+ years in the test probe and fixture industry, I have continuously developed new business opportunities, managed key accounts, and successfully implemented product marketing strategies. My primary goal is always to offer our partners and customers the best service and the best solutions to continually increase customer satisfaction.
