Human Resources Specialist
Personnel management:• Manage the full cycle of employee relationship with the Company, from the hiring process of new employee to the exit process, acting as a liaison between the Company and the employee.• Providing generalist HR support & advice to employees in all áreas of human management.• Managing the collation and processing of payroll information timely and accurately.• Support employees, managers and HR team in answering administrative questions regarding internal policies and regulations.• Draft internal HR communication, maintain HR portal, publish HR news.• Maintain the human resources database. • Provide various HR reports for different department such as KPIs, organizational chart, turnover, etc.• Administrer social benefits.• Prepare and follow up the evolution of the budget allocated in Human Resources.• Employee records management, absence & vaction management, contract & new hire administration.• HR administration of letters, references and other business requirement.• Supporting staff events and companywide communication and logistics.Performance and Talent development• Operate the Talent performance and L&D programm in collaboration with Company Mangement.• Maintaining up to date job descriptionsRecruiting • Preparing and posting job advertisement, screening applications, arrangin interviews, maintaining spreadheets to track applications and keeping recruitment data up to date. Health management:• Coordinate the Job Hazard prevention plan and activities.• Develop Health management activities.• Responsible for the Labor Risk Prevention área.
