•Budgeting, planning & control on monthly basis in accordance with IFRS•Preparation of actual reporting package for HQ on quartely basis•Monitoring of budget and actual performance, deviations analysis•Analysis and control over cost-effectiveness of group companies, OPEX/CAPEX•Managerial accounting and reports preparation

- Turnover analysis;- Sales analysis;- Financial reporting according to IFRS and corporate standards (SAP), - Analysis of the results for the period vs Forecast and Budget;- Financial control and analysis of CAPEX and maintenance (20 buildings);- Budgeting and forecasting;- Performance analysis of activity (actual vs budget), including detailed variance analysis of P&L lines;- Monthly Cash Flow performance, - Planning of incoming and outgoing payments and Inter-Company Loan regulation;- Inter-Company receivables and payables and Inter-Company balances confirmation;- Preparing of business plans for opening new retail stores;- Creating Power Point presentations;- Taking part in different projects (for example the reorganization of the company in the form of separation (SAP)).

Accounting according to international and russian standards (Navision Attain, Navision Financials):1. Accounting of fixed assets;2. Materials accounting;3. Accounting software;4. Monthly reconciliation of Navision Attain and Navision Financials;5. Communication with suppliers regarding document management.
