As a mental performance coach, I help Soldiers of all ranks unlock their full potential and enhance their performance through evidence-based mental performance skills in both group and one-on-one settings to promote excellence and efficiency during technical, tactical and physical training. I also work with athletes of all ages and their coaches, executives, businesses, and high-performers. I provide performance-psychology based workshops and resiliency classes, virtually and in-person, to individuals and teams in both the athletic and corporate worlds ensuring a clear and optimal path towards their goals and their peak performance. Just [some] of the mental skills and tools I offer and have had the privilege of delivering include: leadership development workshops, team cohesion, goal-setting, energy management, stress management and stress reinterpretation, effective self-talk, imagery, building confidence, deliberate breathing and relaxation techniques, styles of communication, promotion readiness, etc. As a former athlete, I believe that I have an edge on building trust in strength with my clientele through relatability.
