• Lead the monthly development of a replenishment plan for each 3rd Party Manufacturing Site under current responsibility (including toll manufacturing/sub-contracting);• Support the global and regional S&OP process;• Actively contribute to the development of the supply planning strategy and implement relevant elements within 3rd party supply planning area;• Manage the end to end execution of a Purchase order;• Manage and maintain key planning parameters to optimize the supply chain performance;

- Preventing and minimizing Stock-out and Predicted Stock-out effect on patient through negotiation and collaboration with Site Planning, Logistic, Quality and Commercial teams;- Management and initiation of stock build in market due to regulatory implications, planned site capacity issues and system maintenance projects;- Responsible for the inventory position of the markets versus target, identifying opportunities for decrease and providing reasoning on the situation to higher management;- Reasoning on KPI performance, identifying actions for improvement (SOLS, OTIF, Inventory, SFA, Bias);- Development of a consistent plan for delivering future supply changes, such as Product transfer, Divestment, Pack changes, Allocation, Rationing, New product introduction, Discontinuation;- Responsible for setup of planning master data and maintenance of data correctness in the planning system;

- Develop in collaboration with Demand Managers appropriate forecast models to support forecasting of the existing SKU portfolio as well as the launch of new products and line extensions for Russia and CIS countries;- Responsible for the administration and update of SAP APO and tools with respect to forecast models, SKU data, forecast data entry and validation;- Develop and apply exception reporting to enable identification and management of forecast accuracy impacts and month-to-month forecast changes;- Work in tight collaboration with Demand and Supply Managers for creating customized reporting and data maintenance;

- Responsible for ensuring data quality, integrity and adherence to master data standards;- Day to day management of Customer Master data updates with collation and co-ordination through data providers/users;- Revision of the information for completeness and accuracy based on the business requirement/process;- Analysis and validation of provided business data;- Creation of material master in the respective SAP instance;- Training of the Junior analysts in the different areas;- Creation of technical documentation;
