Supported various aspects of the IT infrastructure including: establishing methods of inventory tracking, standardizing software loads across company equipment, ensuring Y2K compliance, coordinating upgrades of accounting and network software, and establishing guidelines for call-in procedures for end-user support. Maintained two Novell servers which supported over 100 users.

Managed the repair department including network installation and troubleshooting, visiting client sites, supervising multiple employees, meeting with customers, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Utilized technical background to troubleshoot PCs, Macintosh, printers, and software, installation and troubleshooting of Novell 3.x-4.11 networks.

Worked at a variety of client sites including health care organizations, Tier 1 automotive suppliers, and internal departments. This varied experience allowed me to strengthen my technical skills and learn about different industries.
