I have been heavily involved in DE&I initiatives by serving as a poignant figure in the development, management, execution and introduction of well over 194 internal and external D&I based organizational programs and campaigns. I’ve helped launch and drive mentorship programs, career development programs, and empowerment and support groups in 9 environments.
