The account responsibilities consisted of supervision of survey capture, correspondence with client and dealerships, and coordination of survey changes or translations. • Assisted in the launch of a customized reporting website to allow users to view the monthly capture of 20,000 surveys and aggregated reporting by several data segmentations. Responsibilities included documentation of requirements, coordination of meetings between stakeholders, follow up with various resources on outstanding tasks, and to obtain all approvals on content and design. • Acted as the point of contact and provided logistical support to all stakeholders in the completion of a qualitative study on automotive brand loyalty conducted in Canada. Facilitated communication between clients, internal team members, research analysts, and subcontractors.
